A Great  Story of a Great Man.... You must read this ................................
Stephen William Hawking
Stephen William Hawking was born on 8 January 1942 (300 years after the death of Galileo) in Oxford, England. His parents' house was in north London, but during the second world war, Oxford was considered a safer place to have babies. When he was eight, his family moved to St. Albans, a town about 20 miles north of London. At the age of eleven, Stephen went to St. Albans School and then on to University College, Oxford; his father's old college. Stephen wanted to study Mathematics, although his father would have preferred medicine. Mathematics was not available at University College, so he pursued Physics instead. After three years and not very much work, he was awarded a first class honours degree in Natural Science.
Stephen then went on to Cambridge to do research in Cosmology, there being no one working in that area in Oxford at the time. His supervisor was Denis Sciama, although he had hoped to get Fred Hoyle who was working in Cambridge. After gaining his Ph.D. he became first a Research Fellow and later on a Professorial Fellow at Gonville and Caius College. After leaving the Institute of Astronomy in 1973, Stephen came to the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics in 1979, and held the post of Lucasian Professor of Mathematics from 1979 until 2009. The chair was founded in 1663 with money left in the will of the Reverend Henry Lucas who had been the Member of Parliament for the University. It was first held by Isaac Barrow and then in 1669 by Isaac Newton.  He is currently the Director of Research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology, at DAMTP in Cambridge.
Stephen Hawking has worked on the basic laws which govern the universe. With Roger Penrose he showed that Einstein's General Theory of Relativity implied space and time would have a beginning in the Big Bang and an end in black holes. These results indicated that it was necessary to unify General Relativity with Quantum Theory, the other great Scientific development of the first half of the 20th Century. One consequence of such a unification that he discovered was that black holes should not be completely black, but rather should emit radiation and eventually evaporate and disappear. Another conjecture is that the universe has no edge or boundary in imaginary time. This would imply that the way the universe began was completely determined by the laws of science.
His many publications include The Large Scale Structure of Spacetime with G F R Ellis, General Relativity: An Einstein Centenary Survey, with W Israel, and 300 Years of Gravity, with W Israel. Stephen Hawking has three popular books published; his best seller A Brief History of Time, Black Holes and Baby Universes and Other Essays, The Universe in a Nutshell, and most recently in 2010, The Grand Design. There are .pdf and .ps versions of his full Publication list
Professor Hawking has twelve honorary degrees. He was awarded the CBE in 1982, and was made a Companion of Honour in 1989. He is the recipient of many awards, medals and prizes, is a Fellow of The Royal Society and a Member of the US National Academy of Sciences.
Stephen Hawking continues to combine family life (he has three children and three grandchildren), and his research into theoretical physics together with an extensive programme of travel and public lectures.

Communication system
Stephen William Hawking  Said:-

"I communicate with a computer system. I have always used IBM compatible computers, on my wheel chair. They run from batteries under the wheel chair, although an internal battery will keep the computer running for an hour if necessary. The screen is mounted on the arm of the wheel chair where I can see it, more recent systems have the whole computer in a box on this arm. The original systems were put together for me by David Mason, of cambridge Adaptive Communication. This company manufacture and supply a variety of products to help people with communication problems express themselves. Recently, Intel engineers designed a new computer for me powered by a Pentium II processor, which I now use.

On the computer, I run a program called Equalizer, written by a company called words plus inc. A cursor moves across the upper part of the screen. I can stop it by pressing a switch in my hand. This switch is my only interface with the computer. In this way I can select words, which are printed on the lower part of the screen. When I have built up a sentence, I can send it to a speech synthesizer. I use a separate synthesizer, made by Speech+. It is the best I have heard, though it gives me an accent that has been described variously as Scandinavian, American or Scottish. I also can use Windows 98 through an interface called EZ Keys, again made by words plus. I am able to control the mouse with the switch through cleverly selected process from a small box shown on the desktop. I can also write text using similar menu's to those in Equalizer. I can save what I write to disk. I write papers using a formatting program called TEX. I can write equations in words, and the program translates them into symbols, and prints them out on paper in the appropriate type. I can also give lectures. I write the lecture beforehand, and save it on disk. I can then send it to the speech synthesiser, a sentence at a time. It works quite well, and I can try out the lecture, and polish it, before I give it. "

RAMAYANAM MALAYALAM

The name Ramayana is a tatpurusha  compound of Rāma and ayana ("going, advancing"), translating to "Rama's Journey". The Ramayana consists of 24,000 verses in seven books (kāṇḍas) and 500 cantos (sargas), and tells the story of Rama (an avatar of the Hindu preserver-God Vishnu), whose wife Sitha is abducted by the demon  king of Lanka, Ravana. Thematically, the epic explores the tenets of human existence and the concept of  Dharma.

Autobiography of a Yogi

Autobiography of a Yogi is the most popular of Yogananda’s books. In 1999 it was designated as one of the "100 Most Important Spiritual Books of the 20th Century" by a panel of theologiens and luminaries convened byHarper Collins publishers.
Mahaavatar babaji
Yogananda was a young boy when he met many of India’s greatest sages. The book Mejda: The Family and Early Life of Paramahansa Yogananda, written by his younger brother Sananda Lal Ghosh, sheds much light on the depth of his spiritual attainment well before his graduation from high school and his training with his guru, Sri Yukteswar.
Lahiri Mahasaya
An authoritative text on the spiritual science of yoga (not merely the Hatha Yoga postures so familiar in the West), the book is not so much a year by year chronicle of Yogananda's life, as it is a study of meditation and yoga, and the saints who had a profound influence on his life

Swami Yuktheswar Giri
The story of Yogananda's meeting and relationship to his guru, Sri Yukteswar, is highlighted throughout Autobiography of a Yogi, along with the importance of the guru-disciple relationship. The chapter "Years in My Master's Hermitage" is the longest in the book. The importance that Yogananda gave to that relationship is made clear by the very first paragraph of his autobiography:

Paramahamsa Yogananda
The characteristic features of Indian culture have long been a search for ultimate verities and the concomitant disciple-guru relationship. My own path led me to a Christlike sage whose beautiful life was chiseled for the ages. He was one of the great masters who are India’s sole remaining wealth. Emerging in every generation, they have bulwarked their land against the fate of Babylon and Egypt.

REBIRTH

REBIRTH & REINCARNATION

"Reincarnation is believed to occur when the Soul or spirit, after the Death of the body, comes back to life in a new form, such as another animal or anthing that is living. However, once born sometime things from a person's previous life are forgotten. This doctrine is a central tenet within the majority of Indian religions  traditions , such as Hinduism, Jainism and Sikkim  the Buddhist concept of rebirth is also often referred to as reincarnation".

The Common word used for the doctrine of rebirth is ‘Punarjanam’. In Sanskrit ‘Punar’ or ‘Puna’, means, ’next time'or ‘again’ and ‘Janam’ means ‘life’. Therefore ‘Punarjanam’ means ‘next life’ or ‘the life hereafter’. It does not mean coming to life on earth again and again as a living creature. If one reads many of the references to Punarjanam in Hindu Scriptures besides the Vedas, keeping the life in the hereafter in mind, one gets the concept of the next life but not of rebirths or of life again and again. This is true for several quotations of the Bhagvad Gita and Upanishad which speak of Punarjanam. This concept of repeated births or of cycle of rebirth was developed after the Vedic period. This doctrine was included by humans in subsequent Hindu scriptures including the Upanishad, Bhagvad Gita and the Puranas in a conscious attempt to rationalize and explain the differences between different individuals at birth and the different circumstances in which people find themselves in, with the concept that Almighty God is not unjust. So to say that since God is not unjust the inequalities and differences between people are due to their deeds in their past live.

The law of karma explains why people are reborn into the samsaric realm, and is also the basis for determining how this occurs. Karma literally means 'action', and refers to the things we do. However, karma is also to do with looking at how someone has lived their whole life too. For instance, someone might have spent their whole life indulging in worldly pleasures, which although not deemed wrong by Hindus, shows that they love the things of this world rather than any other. So the law of karma will naturally lead them to be reborn into the world (again), whereas someone who has spent most of their life dwelling on more spiritual things will begin to progress on from this.Hindus believe that people remain on the cycle of samsara (birth, death, rebirth), because they are ignorant of their true (divine) nature. Naturally, this implies that once someone begins to realise, accept and embrace who they really are, that they will begin to progress towards God

Death, according to Hinduism, is a series of changes through which an individual passes. Hinduism speaks of the four courses that men follow after death. The first, called devayana, way of the gods, is followed by spiritually advanced souls who lead an extremely pure life, devoting themselves to wholehearted meditation on Brahman, but who have not succeeded in attaining complete Self-knowledge before death. They repair to Brahmaloka, the highest heaven, and from there in due course attain liberation. The second course, known as pitriyana, way of the fathers, is followed by ritualists and philanthropists who have cherished a desire for the results of their charity, austerity, vows, and worship. Following this path, they repair to Chandraloka, the lunar sphere, and after enjoying immense happiness there as a reward for their good actions, they return again to earth since they still have earthly desires. The third course, which leads to hell, is followed by those who led an impure life, performing actions forbidden by the scriptures. They are born in sub-human species. After expiating their evil actions, they are again reborn on earth in human bodies. The fourth course is for those who are extremely vile in their thoughts and actions. They are reborn again and again as insignificant creatures such as mosquitoes and fleas. Eventually, after the expiation of their evil actions, they too return to human bodies on earth. When a soul assumes a human body, it takes up the thread of spiritual evolution of its previous human birth and continues to evolve toward Self-knowledge. According to Hinduism, all souls will ultimately attain Self-knowledge.

Rebirth of  Kalpana

Chawla???

Khurja (Uttar Pradesh), July 07: A four-year-old girl who claims her name is Kalpana Chawla and that she died up in the skies four years ago is drawing huge crowds in a village here in Uther Predesh. Residents of Nar Mohammadpur village, about 35 km from here, where little Upasana is visiting her relatives, think she might be the reincarnation of the India born astronaut Kalpana Chawla, who died when US space shuttle Columbia crashed four years ago.

The news of the girl's claim spread quickly in the area after she spoke to some villagers here.

'I am Kalpana Chawla,' says Upasana, who reportedly fears the sight an aircraft. She has been telling her illiterate parents that she died in a 'crash' up in the skies.

'Upasana has been telling us ever since she started speaking that her name was Kalpana Chawla and that her father's name was Banarsi Das Chawla but we could not figure out anything as we had never heard of Kalpana,' Upasana's father Raj Kumar told reporters Friday.

Raj Kumar is a resident of Pata village of Etawah district where he works as a labourer.

'Yet Upasana's proclamation led us all to believe that she was actually talking about her previous birth,' he said. 'She claims that the spacecraft was hit by a huge ball of ice that sent it crashing and ended her life.'

Upasana was born barely two months after the astronaut's death in 2003.

Sathyam ! Sivam ! Sundaram !

Here SAI BABA says about his REBIRTH> Read it>

 Sathya Sai Baba (1926 – 24 April 2011 )

Who is Pream Sai
Sathya Sai Baba says that He is the second of a triple incarnation. The first was Shirdi Sai Baba and the third will be Prema Sai Baba. Below, we give the information that is known about Prema Sai Baba, with references to the sources.

The first mention of Prema Sai by Sathya Sai Baba appears to be in the discourse Shiva Shakthi,  6 July 1963,  In a conversation between Shiva Shakthi, and Bharadwaja after Bharadwaja performed a ritual, Shiva said that
they would take human form and be born in the Bharadwaja lineage, thrice: Shiva alone as Shirdi Sai Baba, Shiva and Shakthi together at Puttaparthy as Sathya Sai Baba, and Shakthi alone as Prema Sai, later.
More information about Prema Sai
Sathya Sai Baba said in this discourse of 9 September 60 (Chapter 31 of Sathya Sai Speaks volume 1):
I will be in this mortal human form for 59 years more and I shall certainly achieve the purpose of this avatar; do not doubt it. I will take My own time to carry out My Plan so far as you are concerned. I cannot hurry because you are hurrying.
I may sometimes wait until I can achieve ten things at one stroke; just as an engine is not used to haul one coach, but awaits until sufficient haulage in proportion to its capacity is ready. But My Word will never fail; it must happen as I will.
We have heard often that Prema Sai will be born eight years after the passing of Sathya Sai Baba, which will take place when Sathya Sai Baba is 96. In "The Sai Trinity", by Dr. S.P. Ruhela (Taring paperbacks, Vikas Publishing House Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, 1997), the author states that Sathya Sai Baba has been disclosing small amounts of information to close devotees from time to time and states that Sai Baba has predicted that Prema Sai will be born in Karnataka about 8 years after He leaves this body.
Howard Murphet, in his book Sai Baba: Invitation to Glory (Chapter 4), says that
Finally, Sathya Sai states, there will be Prema Sai who, one year after the passing of the Sathya Sai form, will be born in Karnataka (the old Mysore State), at a place between Bangalore and the city of Mysore.
On page 16 of the book Living Divinity author Shakuntala Balu writes,
Sri Sathya Sai Baba has said that there will be one more Sai Avatara called Prema Sai. The third Sai will be born in Gunaparthi, a village in the Mandya district of Karnataka. Thus, Sri Sathya Sai Baba refers not only to his past, but also to the future form he will assume as Prema Sai.
In Sathya Sai Baba, The Embodiment of Love, by Peggy Mason and Ron Laing, the authors write about a discussion they had about Prema Sai.
We wondered if the next descent as Prema Sai, to come very quickly after the present form is vacated at the age of ninety six, would be female. Baba replied, "No, male, in Mysore -- Karnataka." (Since 1972, the state of Mysore is called Karnataka.)
In Glimpses of the Divine: Working with the Teachings of Sai Baba" (1993), author Birgitte Rodriguez writes
In a more private talk to students in recent years, Baba told them that the father of His next incarnation, as Prema Sai, had been born in the southern Indian state of Karnataka. He also said that the body of Prema Sai was in the process of being formed.
The missions of the triple incarnations
In Spirit and the Mind, by Sam Sandweiss, the author recounts an extended interview given by Sathya Sai Baba to the Senior Editor, Mr. R.K. Karanjia, of Blitz new magazine in September 1976.
Question: Why had this task to be divided into three separate incarnations of the Shirdi, Sathya, and Prema Baba? Baba: They are not separate. I have already mentioned the complete oneness of the three in the final objective of the mission. ... Their tasks and powers requisite to them differ according to the time, the situation, and the environment. But they belong to, and derive from, the same divine body (dharma swarup).
...
The previous Avatar, Shirdi Baba, laid the base for secular integration and gave mankind the message of duty as work. The mission of the present Avatar is to make everybody realize that the same God or divinity resides in everyone. People should respect, love, and help each other irrespective of color or creed. Thus, all work can become a way of worship. Finally, Prema Sai, the third Avathar, will promote the evnagel news that not only does God reside in everybody, but everybody is God. That will be the final wisdom that will enable every man and woman to go to God.
The three Avatars carry the triple message of work, worship, and wisdom.
In John Hislop's My Baba and I, page 55-56, Hislop writes about Swami materializing a ring for Hislop with Prema Sai on it. The image of Prema Sai on the ring actually changed its position over the years. Hislop writes,

The stone was a cameo of Prema Sai, the loving Lord of Creation, destined to appear on Earth a few years after the death of the Sathya Sai Body. It was a brownish stone, highly glazed, sculptured in profile, the bridge and length of the nose visible with a suggestion of the arch of the left eye. It was a noble head with shoulder-length hair, moustache, and beard; the head resting on, or emerging from, a lotus flower. His countenance was tranquil, peaceful, majestic.

Baba said, "He is only now in the process of birth, so I cannot show more of him. This is the first time he is shown to the world."

...

Wherever I go, devotees ask to see the ring. ... In a year or so, those devotees who had seen the ring sometime earlier said something surprising on seeing it again. They said, "It is turning. The whole nose can be seen now."

My reply was always, in truth, that I could see no change. But they said, "You see it every day and do not notice."

... One day, [in 1980], at a devotee meeting, I was showing the ring, and I looked at it carefully. It struck me, "It is different! It is changing!.

Now the entire nose is there and visible, whereas at first the entire nose was not visible -- or better to say the nose merged into the edge of the stone and did not appear to be fully visible. But now there is a space between the nose and the edge of the stone. Moreover, a portion of the left eye can be seen and also a portion of the left cheek.

Siddhashram

 AN ARTICLE ABOUT SIDDHASHRAM

Siddhashram is a boon, bestowed upon mankind, from our ancestors, saints, sages & Yogis of high order. This is synonymous to a paradise on the earth and finds its mention in "Rigveda", the oldest scripture of human civilization. A saint, revealing his expressions in Rigvedic hymns says, "Sometime or the other, when the most auspicious moment of my life arrives, I will certainly be able to enter Siddhashram and to perform the Sadhna practices of high order by sitting on its sacred ground". Not only in Rigveda but also in Samveda, Maharishi Yogandharwa, while expliciting his sentiments says, "Where the soil is worth applying on the forehead just like sandal wood paste, where each and every particle is replete with penance and the wind is pious and melodious, the same abode of the blessed is the final destination of a human being where just by sitting, the real bliss of the life can be attained".
Siddhashram has been described in hundreds of ancient scriptures. Maharishi Vashistha called it the fortune of man whereas Vishwamitra termed it as the real beauty of life. According to Maharishi Chyavan, there is a natural characteristic in the soil of Siddhashram to eliminate spontaneously the ailments of the body. Maharishi Pulastya says it is the dream of life and Kanad praising it says,"Only one or two among a thousand saints are fortunate enough to get the privilege of entering into Siddhashram". Bhishma, lying on the bed of arrows expressed his last wish before Lord Krishna that he wanted to go to Siddhashram with his mortal body. Yudhistir also, after the end of Mahabharat war, requested, Lord Krishna with joined palms, "If some of the virtues of my life are left and if you bestow your grace upon me, I wish to spend some part of my life in Siddhashram". Gorakhnath, addressing his disciples said, "The ultimate of Tantra and Sadhnas is the entrance into Siddhashram". At one place, Bhagvatpad Shankaracharya has said, "The fulfillment of human life can only be attained when one goes to Siddhashram and takes a holy dip in Siddhyoga lake".
Indeed this Siddhashram has been a dream for thousands of Yogis and aspirants. Their last wish has been to spend some moments in Siddhashram where each and every particle is pious due to the penance done by high ordered Yogis, where the sacred, pure and divine "Siddhayoga lake" shimmers continuously. It has unique therapeutic properties and therefore a mere dip in it, not only cures all ailments but also confers divinity upon that person by thoroughly cleansing the mind of impure, negative thoughts and consequently the person attains a higher elevation. The weather in this Ashram remains exhilaratingly pleasant throughout the year and this divine Ashram is free from the cycles of age, time and death. No ailment of any kind can prevail here and every moment of it is full of joy, delight, beauty and bliss.
The management of this Siddhashram is under the guidance of the universally venerated Yogiraj Swami Satchidanandji, who even after having attained the age of several thousand years is still full of eternal Youth and whose eyes are oceans of mercy. The divine rays of penance, emanating from his body intermingle with the atmosphere of Siddhashram and the mere sight of his divine body is keenly wished even by the Gods, to make their lives supremely blessed. Inspite of having the age of several thousand years only three disciples have received Dikshas from him.
In this Ashram, the Yogis, ascetics and aspirants aged thousands of years are engaged in penance. Even today the great seers like Maharishi Vashishtha, Vishwamitra, Kanad, Pulastya, Atri, Bheesma, Kripacharya, Gorakhnath and Shankaracharya can be seen wondering there in physical form and also one can have the privilege of listening to their sermons. The mere touch of their divine hands initiates the flow of a divine current into the body and due to this Shaktipaat (energizing process) the entire body of the aspirant turns sacred and full of radiance.
All the time heavenly maidens wander here and the nymphs of heaven like Rambha, Menaka and Urvashi consider themselves fortunate on performing their dance at this place, where each moment is full of ecstasy, bliss, joy and enthusiasm.
It is not possible to get an aerial view of this Ashram from an aeroplane. This Ashram occupying an area of several hundred kilometres is situated in the north-east of Mansarowar and is an abode of unique Yogis. At some places, Yogis are engaged in penance and at other places, Yogis are teaching the intricacies and minute points of Sadhna to their disciples. Some Yogis are seen entranced and also some some celibates are performing Yagya. Somewhere else, the recitation of Vedas by learned Maharishis is going on and the sermons of Brahmarishis is enjoyed by thousands of Yogis. The heavenly maidens fully ornamented are seen wandering and at some places, various young and beautiful heavenly dancers are presenting their outstanding dances and Yogis are seen doing Sandhya Vandana in Siddhyoga Lake at some distance from them. Pretty maidens are seen bathing and throwing water on each other and frolicking in the pure and sparkling water of the lake. Aspirants are seen enjoying boating in the boats of rock crystal. Few maidens are engrossed in conversation and the entire atmosphere is enveloped by enthusiasm, joy, bliss and delight. There is no pain and suffering of any kind and each aspirant's face is devoid of any expression of tension. No one has any sorrow and this way, there is eternal ecstasy, bliss and joy all around in this Ashram.
The weather remains exhilaratingly pleasant in Siddhashram as it is free from the cycles of the seasons. The rain comes with pleasant drizzling. Roses of hundred varieties and also other flowers of different kinds keep blooming here all around the year. Due to a protective shield set up by the powers of penance, there is no entrance of death, consequently no flower gets withered or plucked from its stalk. The green velvety grass covering the ground of Siddhashram appears like a green carpet. There are thousands of varieties of fruit bearing trees and it is hard to believe that there can be so many innumerable fruits. Chirping sound of the birds creates a lovely atmosphere in itself.
At some distance from the hermitage of Paramhans Swami Satchidanandji, the world famous 'Kalp Vriksha' stands bloomed to its full maturity, sitting beneath which, fulfils immediately every wish and any materialistic article can be obtained within the blinking of an eye. Several straw huts constructed near by this hermitage gives an idea of the appearance of hermitages of our ancient sages. In these straw huts, the Yogis of high order sit in the state of Samadhi or remain fully absorbed in their Sadhna practices. Since three or four hundred years some Yogis are entranced and are lost in inexhaustible bliss. The beating hearts of such Yogis is the only evidence of their being alive. Even the sight of these Yogis is inaccessible and it is quite enthrilling to have a glimpse of their radiant faces and bodies which are full of serenity.
There are no prohibitions or restrictions in this Ashram. Each aspirant is free and at liberty. Nevertheless every one seems to be bound by some unknown law, therefore, each one keeping within his limits is engrossed in his duties. There is no malice, illwill, jealousy or hypocrisy. All are lost in themselves and are busy in meditating to reach the heights of Sadhna. Inspite of being at liberty all are under the control of some unsaid law and regulation.
It is very arduous to enter Siddhashram as there are five eligibility criteria which are essential for gaining entrance into this Ashram.
1. The aspirant must have awakened his Kundalini upto 'Sahastrar' , (thousand petalled lotus inside the brain which is the seat of infinite consciousness).
2.. Must have mastered at least two Mahavidyas and also have thorough knowledge of the remaining eight Mahavidyas.
3. Must have acquired the methodical knowledge of Tantra as well as of Mantra.
4. Must be noble, simple and must have totally adopted the Indian culture.
5. Must be the disciple of such a Guru, Yogi, ascetic or person, who himself has entered Siddhashram.
After attaining all these five criteria, the aspirant can gain entrance into Siddhashram. For this purpose, it is also essential that the aspirant while being excellent in the field of Sadhna practices, must also have great devotion and faith for his Guru. A Guru can't take his disciple with him into this Ashram unless he himself has entered Siddhashram and also has got permission from the senior Yogis of Siddhashram to take his disciple along with him....

KRIYA YOGA

Kriya Yoga

Kriya Yoga is a systematic approach designed by Mahavatar Kriya Babaji to transform oneself to merge in universal bliss.

Karma
Whatever one sows same one reaps. One has to bear the fruits of one's own deeds. If one plants an apple tree, one will get apples when the time is right. Similarly if one plants a tree which radiates stinky odor, one will get the same.
At the conscious level there is nothing right or wrong, all deeds are treated equally. Whatever is good to one may be bad for others. At the level of material world, there exists duality, so comes good and bad.

For every action, there are consequences. One has to go through the consequences of the mistakes made knowingly or unknowingly. That is the law of Karma. It can happen in current lifetime or in nextlife. For the unknowingly made mistakes, help will come in right time to come out of the consequences if one has done good deeds also. For knowingly made mistakes, one already acknowledged to face consequences, so one should not question, law of karma will force them to undergo consequences (this is where people blame god!).

If one eats up public money (corrupt officials), that person in many next lifes will have to repay the public by doing public services like cleaning the public places (clearing the mess created by others).
If one has used his hands for beating others, in next life he will surely be handicapped. If he has also done good deeds, he may get support from others when he is physically challenged. If one is involved in killing act, he/she will surely be both physically and mentally challenged in next life.
Treat others the way in which you want others to treat you.

For good karma, results will be good and for bad karma, results will be bad. Good karma and bad karma don't cancel each other. When one is facing the consequences for the bad karma, he will get support to face it and get out of it because of the good karmic deeds in the past.

Yoga helps one to burn the karma and be free of its effects.

Kriya Yoga is a physical, vital, mental, intellectual and spiritual sadhana, or discipline, in which one remembers one's true Self, the pure Witness consciousness, and lets go of the false egoistic identification with the body and mental movements. It grants more control over one's life. Interestingly enough, as self control is gained, one feels oneself to be less and less “the doer” and so one begins to accept and enjoy of life as it unfolds. Kriya Yoga develops trust, gratitude and devotion for God's Presence in one's life. One begins to meditate on God, and speak to God, as his or her truest and closest Friend, and begins to hear His response.
Greater mental clarity and focus is achieved through Kriya Yoga, and it is easier to act consistently in the right and best way both for oneself and for others. With this clarity and heightened intellectual strength, one’s consciousness expands and one accomplishes more with less energy, accepting less credit for the work done, and with more gratitude for the Supreme Doer in our life.
Kriya Yoga techniques strengthen our intuition and our power of healing. Our immune system is strengthened and we enjoy vibrant health, a strong nervous system, more energy, and a relaxed, peaceful demeanor.
